ACT Consciously

We are dedicated to the development of interpersonal communication skills and public speaking.
Our purpose is to improve your communication so that you can maximize your abilities and through self-perception, overcome your blocks and amplify your voice when public speaking.
Because Awareness and conscious Communication lead to Transformation.

My work is to facilitate processes

so that people can express themselves with confidence, empathy, and authenticity.
I am a Communication Coach, mother of two and meditation practitioner. For eleven years I have worked for HSM in corporate education congresses as an assistant to renowned international speakers.
Bachelor in Performing Arts from UNICAMP (Campinas University, Brazil), I have a postgraduate degree in Theater Directing and, for twenty-five years, I worked in various roles within the theatrical business: actress, producer, assistant director, actor’s coach, and director.
I have a solid background in the English language learned during my childhood spent in Los Angeles, USA, and later improved through Cambridge University Degrees. For ten years I have worked as a teacher, translator, and interpreter at several institutions.
I also worked in Planning and Organization of national and international events related to the visual arts market and, in events related to spirituality and consciousness expansion.
ACT Consciously was founded during the Pandemic, within a moment of career transition motivated by a deep personal crisis and an incessant quest to give a higher meaning to my work. My purpose is to make my mark through your growth and the development of your interpersonal communication.

“I am passionate about self-development and means of human expression, such as oratory, theater, and dance. I truly believe that consciously improving communication leads to the transformation of people and processes. My purpose as a conscious communication coach is to help you improve your verbal expression, thereby developing a more confident and authentic communication.”
